GEE.WB Light 1.0

This is a port of MAD's GEE.VS for WindowBlinds, with a little bit modified graphics.

Major changes: new titlebar buttons, modified window borders and tool window borders, modified scrollbars, slightly modified colours, menus and lots of minor tweaks.

I've decided to make a GEE.ESSEMM Light version only, with four substyles - three different font configurations and one substyle with smaller titlebar.

This is my first WB skin, it can contain some bugs, especially in taskbar/start menu section, because i'm using it with my LiteStep theme (shown on screenshot), which should be available soon.

Feel free to point my attention to any bugs you can find, constructive critics and suggestions are always appreciated.
